3-4 Frozen organic peach slices
A fistful of frozen organic kale
1/2 cup of frozen organic blueberries
10 frozen organic cherries
1 star fruit
1 cactus pear

Cactus pear and Star fruit are both low on the glycemic index and full of fiber, anti-oxidants and nutrients.
